Partnership model

Three ways to bring us in

  • 01

    Project delivery

You have the project. We deliver the engineering.

Scoped and quoted as a project, with milestones you can put in front of your client.

  • 02

    Ongoing partnership

You have recurring technical work. We become your engineering partner.

A standing arrangement for the client work that keeps coming, with the same engineers each time.

  • 03

    Behind the scenes

Your agency remains client-facing while we handle the technical implementation.

Your name on the work. We join client calls as your technical team, or stay out of them entirely.

When to call us

Bring us in when...

  • Your client needs a custom application
  • A website needs a serious backend
  • You need APIs or third-party integrations
  • A project needs AI functionality
  • Your developers are already at capacity
  • The project is larger than your current engineering team

Working together

How the partnership works

  • Your client, your relationship

We do not approach or market to your clients. The relationship stays yours before, during and after the project.

  • Written scope before work starts

Estimates and scope in writing, so you can quote your client with confidence and we are accountable to the same document.

  • Your tools or ours

We work in your project tools and repositories, or set up ours and give your team access. Either way, progress is visible without asking.

  • Direct access to the engineers

Your project lead talks to the people writing the code. Technical questions get technical answers, the same day where time zones allow.

Security and delivery

How we handle access, code and data

  • Access control

We access client systems through named accounts with the minimum permissions the work needs. Access is removed when the engagement ends.

  • Secure development

Code goes through review and automated checks before it reaches production. Secrets live in environment configuration, never in the repository.

  • Confidentiality

We sign NDAs before discussing sensitive detail, and we do not publish or reference client work without permission.

  • Code ownership

You own the source code, infrastructure definitions and deployment pipelines. Nothing is licensed back to us.

  • Production access

Production access is scoped to the task and granted through your accounts wherever possible, so you stay in control.

  • Data handling

We work with the minimum data needed, keep production data out of development environments, and never use your data to train models.

Questions

Working with us as your development partner

What is white-label development?

Your agency sells and manages the project under its own name, and we do the engineering behind it. Your client deals with you; we work to your standards, in your tools if you prefer.

Will our client know you are involved?

Only if you want them to. We can join client calls as your technical team, or stay out of them entirely. We never approach or market to your clients.

Do you work with agencies outside Sri Lanka?

Yes. We work remotely with agencies in any country. Our working day in Sri Lanka (UTC+5:30) overlaps Europe in the morning and Australia in the afternoon, and we schedule calls for the Americas early or late.

What kind of agency projects do you take on?

Custom web and mobile applications, backends and APIs for websites, third-party integrations, AI features, and work on existing systems your clients already run.
