System Integration
Software that talks to the software you already run
We connect the software a business already runs, including accounting, CRM, payment, e-commerce, logistics and internal systems, so data moves between them reliably. Integrations are built with error handling, retries and monitoring, so a failed exchange is visible instead of silently lost.
What we can build
- Third-party API integrations for payments, accounting, CRM and shipping
- Webhooks and event pipelines between systems
- Data synchronisation and migration
- Adapters for legacy systems
- Monitoring and retry logic for failed exchanges
Typical projects
- 1.Syncing invoices and payments between an operations platform and Xero or QuickBooks
- 2.Pushing website leads into a CRM with de-duplication and ownership rules
- 3.Connecting an online store to a warehouse system for stock and fulfilment

Offshore software development
Why work with a software team in Sri Lanka
Working hours that overlap yours
We work on Sri Lanka time, UTC+5:30, with no daylight saving. That covers the working day across Asia and the Middle East, mornings in Europe and afternoons in Australia and New Zealand, and we schedule early or late calls for the Americas.
Written down, in English
Scope, decisions and progress are written down in English and kept in your project tools, so you can see where things stand from any time zone without chasing anyone.
Engineers, not account managers
You talk directly to the engineers building your software. Technical questions get technical answers, not a relay through a sales layer.
Scoped before work starts, owned by you after
Fixed-scope projects or ongoing monthly work, agreed in writing before anything starts. You own the source code, infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Questions
System Integration: common questions
Which platforms can you integrate?
Anything with an API, webhooks or a reliable export. Common examples are accounting tools such as Xero and QuickBooks, CRMs, payment providers, shipping and logistics platforms and online stores.
What happens when an integration fails?
Failed exchanges are logged, retried where it is safe to, and surfaced in monitoring so someone can act on them. Nothing is dropped without a record.
Can you integrate with an old system that has no API?
Often, yes. We build an adapter around the legacy system, for example through its database or file exports, and put a modern API in front of it.
