When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, country or time zone if provided, project type, timeline and message. We use that information to understand and respond to your enquiry.

Please do not send passwords, production credentials, sensitive personal data or confidential source material through the public contact form. We can agree a more appropriate channel before discussing sensitive project detail.

Optional Google Analytics and DataFast scripts load only after you select “Accept analytics.” We use aggregated usage information to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find the site. If you decline, those optional scripts are not loaded by this site.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage under codesage_analytics_consent. It is not a marketing profile. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to clear the choice and decide again.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes network and security information such as IP addresses, request details and threat signals to deliver and protect the service. Hosting-level analytics may also operate under Cloudflare's configuration.

The contact form submits to FormSage infrastructure hosted through an AWS endpoint so the enquiry can be delivered to Code Sage Labs. Website delivery and security use Cloudflare. Optional analytics use Google Analytics and DataFast after consent.

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. We do not sell contact-form information or use it to train AI models.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary depending on whether an enquiry becomes a project.

We limit access to people who need the information for those purposes and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing [email protected]. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on identity verification, applicable law and records we must retain.

You can decline optional analytics when the preference panel appears and can reopen that choice from the footer.

We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at this URL with its effective date.
